There is strength that lives inside a mother that the world doesn't always see. It's not loud. It doesn't ask for recognition. It shows up quietly, in sleepless nights, in the silent prayers, in the moments where giving up would be easier.....but never an option.
My new Thriller "You Were Never Alone" was born from that kind of love.
This story is fiction, but pieces of it are rooted in truth. Real pain. Real resilience. Real, unbreakable bonds between a mother and her child.
Parts of this book reflect the journey my own daughter has faced while battling Crohn's disease, a fight that is invisible to so many, yet all-consuming for those living in it. The kind of pain that steals energy, time, and sometimes even hope. But also the kind of fight the reveals just how strong someone truly is.
And woven into these pages is another deeply personal truth, watching my daughter navigate motherhood herself, raising a child with autism. Witnessing the patience, the fierce protection, the endless advocacy, and the love that never wavers, even on the hardest days.
Autism is not something to be pitied, it is something to be understood, embraced, and even celebrated. It is seeing the world in a different way, filled with unique perspectives, deep focus, honesty, and a kind of beauty that doesn't fit into society's narrow expectations, but expands them. There is wonder in it. There is brilliance in it and there is so much love within it.
This book is more than a story. It's a reflection of generations of strength. It's about a mother learning to survive her own battles while still being everything her child needs. It's about raising a child who sees the world differently, and knowing that doesn't mean less, it means extraordinary!
It's about exhaustion, fear, and moments of doubt, but also about courage, growth, and unconditional love that refuses to break.
At it's core, "You Were Never Alone" is a tribute.
To my children.
To every mother fighting battles no one else can see.
To the women who carry pain in one hand and love in the other, and somehow never drop either.
A mother's love isn't just powerful.
It's relentless, it's enduring, It's the most powerful force in the universe!
And no matter how dark the road becomes....
A mother makes sure her child is never alone!
Release date for "You Were Never Alone" is June 7th 2026 (My Birthday!!)
Until next time folks
