The quote, "There is a purpose for everyone you meet. Some people come into your life to test you, some to teach you, some to love you, some to use you, and some to bring out the very best in you."

I was a vendor at Shopping on the Farm in Rushford, MN, almost a year ago when a woman dressed in the cutest sweater came to my booth. Her energy and personality were instantly infectious. We chatted about my books, and she bought my debut novel, Wicked Charms. This woman complimented my marketing skills and asked why I was not selling my books in her shop. At the time, I had no idea who she was. She introduced herself as Amy Engelhart and said she owns The Boutique Station in Peterson, MN.

Amy is nothing less than a rock star. She offered to sell my books in her boutique and was all in for my crazy idea of doing a self-defense demo with my first book signing. (This was before the remodel) but we made it work perfectly in the small space in the boutique.

Her personal touch of sending me handwritten notes each month with a check for the number of books I sold that month. That heartfelt gesture is so appreciated and is true to Amy's personality, which is having a heart of gold.

In a world where customer service is in short supply, The Boutique Station is the exception. I have never had better customer service; Amy's staff is nothing less than exceptional! Making you feel like you have been best friends forever. They all have their hearts and souls in this hidden gem, which shows in everything they do.

I want to say to Amy and her entire staff,

WHAT YOU DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

Over this past year, I have done two signings, received a wonderful following for my novels, spent lots of money on many amazing things I never knew I needed, attended my first fashion show, and won two contests!

We don't meet people by accident. They are meant to cross your path for a reason.

I highly recommend checking this place out and meeting these amazing women. You will not only leave with some great treasures, but you will also leave feeling like family.
